NORTH KELLYVILLE was gazetted as a suburb in its own right in 2018, and is currently a hive of building activity. Previously part of the larger suburb of Kellyville it was mostly market gardens and acreage lifestyle properties that have now been sub-divided and developed into a burgeoning suburban oasis. With two shopping centres recently opened on Hezlett Rd locals have a choice of ALDI or Woolworths, as well as a broad range of eateries. A McDonalds is also located on Samantha Riley Drive so residents are already well catered for.
The Hills Adventist College have an expanding campus in the heart of North Kellyville offering K-12 co-ed education, and construction is currently under way on North Kellyville Public School.
The suburb already has some apartments near the retail areas, with more under construction, creating opportunities for first home buyers.
