Infectious Diseases | Children's of Alabama

Our service population reflects the overall demographics of the HIV epidemic in Alabama—an over-representation of African-Americans and low-income families with few resources. We expect that the number of youth and women we serve will continue to increase. With that projection, our goal is to make our comprehensive care available to even more women of childbearing age, pregnant women and their families through our partnerships with Ryan White funded clinics, AIDS service organizations, health departments and community advocates.
