We all have distressing thoughts and feelings we need to work through. Relationship problems, anger, poor boundaries, mental illness, past trauma - all of these add to daily stress. The good news is, strategies are available to reduce mental health issues, address problem thoughts, become more mindful of our strengths, and increase our capacity to change or make better decisions! Helping clients address these issues (and others) and improve well-being with a variety of evidence-based strategies, is what I do. I am grateful for the opportunity to assist!
