Norwich Transportation Center (NTC) | Southeast Area Transit District

The Norwich Transportation Center, located on Hollyhock Island in the downtown area of Norwich – it serves as the SEAT primary hub. It was built in 2012, designed by DHK Architects for the city of Norwich, under the Norwich Community Development Corporation. Within the NTC, is a ticket office for SEAT fares, which is operated by the Norwich Parking Commission.
