Veronica Kim, MD, is board certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine at Medical Weight Management Specialists. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College and completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Kim strives to personalize her care for each patient, working closely to manage ongoing health conditions and focus on wellness and preventive medicine. Dr. Kim has practiced primary care medicine for 30 years, and has found that weight management can be very challenging for her patients. This prompted her to become board certified in obesity medicine. As a diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, she plans to help patients who are struggling to lose or maintain their weight, using an evidence based approach. Dr. Kim sees patients 18 years of age and older and offers services in English and Korean.
