Dr. Julia Isom is a primary care doctor with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care and is board certified in family medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Clemson University, medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (Spartanburg) and completed her residency in the Trident/MUSC family medicine program in Charleston. Dr. Isom is a Charleston native and is honored to be serving her local community where she grew up. Medical missions are an important part of her practice, locally and abroad - including Honduras, Nicaragua, Eleuthera and El Salvador. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters at the pool or relaxing on the boat. Her special interests include breastfeeding and postpartum support, health maintenance for the entire family and women’s health through all ages and stages of life.
