As an advanced practice registered nurse, Karen Gregory specializes in care for patients with vascular disease, including treatment of carotid artery disease, peripheral vascular disease (PVD), abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA), venous disease, and wound care. Applying the latest techniques, she uses endovenous laser vein treatment for venous inefficiency and symptomatic varicose veins. She also performs sclerotherapy for reticular and spider veins. Gregory works in the Department of Surgery, Division of Vascular Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
