Kyle Moore, DO earned his medical degree at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Wash., and his bachelor of science at Brigham Young University – Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho. Dr. Moore completed his family medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic and was elected the chief resident in his final year. He then completed a fellowship in addiction medicine at the University of Utah. Dr. Moore enjoys serving a diverse set of patients in his Family Medicine practice.
