Lakeville Gymnastics

Lakeville Gymnastics Booster Club (LGBC) is located at Lakeville North High School. It is a program that caters to the female gymnast in grades K-6 with a true passion for the sport. The goal of LGBC is to train female gymnasts to eventually join one of Lakeville's High School Gymnastics Teams. We have levels for all abilities from beginners to competitive levels. In our beginner level classes (Level 3) gymnasts will learn the foundations of and basics of gymnastics that will be used throughout their gymnastics experience. With the assistance of high school level gymnasts, and the guidance of highly skilled coaches, LGBC gymnasts participate in practices with drills, conditioning and skills training focused on form and technique. This gives each LGBC gymnast the opportunity to move up to an advanced level. The advanced level gymnasts may be invited to the pre-team and/or MAGA Sparks Teams at Lakeville Gymnastics Booster Club. The MAGA (Midwest Amateur Gymnastics Association) Teams provide gymnasts the necessary skills, experience and readiness to transition up as a member of one of Lakeville's High School Gymnastics Teams. Lakeville Gymnastics gives gymnasts in 7th through 12th grade the opportunity to compete as a JV or Varsity Gymnast in the MSHSL (Minnesota State High School League) during the gymnastics season. Year round off season practice is also a part of the high school program. The Lakeville Gymnastics Booster Club (LGBC) has provided over 20 years of quality, safe gymnastics instruction at an affordable price. It currently serves young female gymnasts in grades K-6. Gymnasts in our program will transition to the high school teams in the spring of 6th grade. This allows the new high school gymnasts ample time to begin their training with their high school coaches and teammates prior to their 7th grade season starting. The LGBC program offers continuous sessions throughout the year. All of the coaches at LGBC are highly skilled and trained former gymnasts. LGBC takes pride in its coach to gymnast ratios, allowing for high quality training with smaller, personal class sizes. Many of the assistant coaches at LGBC are current Lakeville North and Lakeville South High School gymnasts. At Lakeville Gymnastics Booster Club we offer a fun and positive atmosphere while teaching the skills, form and technique necessary to compete at the high school level.
