Buying or selling a home is both exciting and stressful. My job is to make that time less stressful by being available to you every step of the way: Available, Communicative and Honest. I remember my first step into real estate over twenty years ago. It was a very exciting time but I knew little to nothing about the process, so my job is to inform you and work alongside my clients, as a team, to alleviate stress and anxiety and allow you to make the best and most informed decision you can. I am a long time resident of the Spokane area and have been a real estate investor for over 15 years. My husband and I also own a property management company and LOVE turning renters into buyers! I am a graduate of California State University Sacramento, where I graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Social Science. I am a retired social worker of 26 years here in Spokane Wa. I have three wonderful grown children and one dog: Harley (my loud one eyed Corgi) and I live in the Spokane Valley. I enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends, as that is the most important thing. Remember, your home is your sanctuary, let’s make that happen!
