Dr. Yau has a background in pulmonology and also specializes in lung disease and sleep-disordered breathing. He completed two separate fellowships in pulmonary/critical care and sleep medicine at Rush University Medical Center and Oregon Health & Science University, respectively. Because Dr. Yau has training in both fields, he has a well-rounded perspective on breathing-related health issues as well as sleep disorders.
