Will Shepler got his start in real estate at a young age by helping his father renovate rentals. He has extensive experience with a number of submarkets as a result of growing up in neighborhoods like the Biltmore area, Arcadia Lite, and Sunnyslope. Futher, since attending college at SCC and ASU Tempe campus, he's also knowledgeable about South Scottsdale and Tempe. For the last three years he has been working for the CRE data firm Vizzda as the Head of Planning and Zoning. However, he's had jobs doing everything from building cabinets to marketing. Will is genuinely a Real Estate Agent to simply help people find a little place of their own. He specializes in first-time buyers, attached single-family, and hopeless causes. In his free time, he is probably either playing board games or working on his little fixer-upper with his wife.
